2. Clean, prepare, price & tag your items. YOU set the price on your items. You automatically earn 60% of the proceeds from the sale of your goods but can earn up to 75% by volunteering to help at the sale!
3. Drop-off your items the day before the sale starts. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT at the sale to sell your items, we do all the on-site work for you!
Be Green Kids Consignments holds annual Fall and Spring children's consignment events in New York and Rhode Island. A consignment event is a 4-day EVENT where we rent a space, set up just like a store, and parents from all over sell their outgrown, gently used kids items for 50-90% off retail prices. Clothes, toys, books, dvds, equipment (high chairs, strollers, bath equipment), nursery furniture (activity centers, pack & plays) and much, much more! We hope that by offering a safe setting for parents to buy and sell gently used children's items we can reduce the impact our little ones have on the environment, as well as reduce the impact they have on our wallets.
The recycling movement has gathered plenty of momentum in recent years. Resources are being reclaimed and fewer items are entering our landfills. However, there is still so much to be done. At the Be Green Kids Consignment events top quality, new and gently used items are resold from parent-to-parent at a fraction of the original price, thereby reducing the effect that the production and disposal of these items has on the environment.
Being a seller or a buyer at our events, you get to be green in two ways: saving the environment AND saving money!
